There's an old Latvian saying, Ne Mana Cuka, Ne Mana Druva, Not My Pig, Not My Cornfield--implying that, whatever it is, it is Not My Problem. I've subverted the saying--what my family eats and how it's produced IS my problem, and I want to know more about it. Join me as I try to make sense of all of it and have a good meal in the process.
