How closely do you read your labels?

Here is the quiz I wrote up for a talk I gave for Stateline YMCA's Growing Tree preschool teachers. I was discussing the benefits of eating food you make yourself (or pick or grow) or that have a simple ingredients list versus processed items. How good are you at reading labels?
